What’s Fresh- November 20, 2017

We’ve got quite a list of fresh item this week! From Anacortes and Guemes we have Kale bouquets, kiwi berries, grapes, apples, winter squash, and Shitake mushrooms. We also have white and purple cauliflower, cabbage, and brussel sprouts from North Whidbey Organic Family Farm. Celery, asian pears, peppers, broccoli, and kiwi fruit come to us from Skagit. From Rockport, we have fresh pressed organic apple cider, a great addition to your holiday table. We even have pomegranates and persimmons, along with Jerusalem artichoke and yacon.
Here at the Coop, we’ve been working hard lately to get you the things you need most. We have a wide variety of baking supplies for your holiday needs, including shortening, various types of flour including gluten free options, baking soda, baking powder, graham cracker crusts, and canned pumpkin for all those holiday pies! If you’re too busy to bake this year, you can order pies straight from us at the Coop from Knock Out Bakery on Guemes. Speaking of the holidays, we have a Make Your Own Gift Basket class coming up on December 17th at 2pm! The cost is 25 dollars, give us a call at 360-299-3562 to register and reserve your spot, we’d love to see you!
